What Qualifies

Unused items in original packaging, with all tags and accessories, qualify for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Return vs. Exchange

Choose a return for a refund, or an exchange to swap for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Price differences for exchanges are settled via bank transfer or on your next order.

Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  2. We confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or drop-off
  3. Once inspected, we process your refund or send your exchange item

Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer covers shipping costs both ways.

Timeframe

Exchanges are typically processed and reshipped within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
