Refund & Return Policy
At MyStore, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Electronics must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging for a return to be accepted.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or personal-care items are not eligible for return once opened.
How to Request a Return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/drop-off instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash to the account you provide. For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Who Pays Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
