Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
How COD Works
Select Cash on Delivery at checkout, pay nothing upfront, and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.
Order Confirmation
All COD orders are confirmed by a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. This step protects both you and us from fraudulent or mistaken orders. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 2-3 days may be cancelled.
At Delivery
- Please have the exact amount ready where possible
- You're welcome to check that the package matches your order before the courier leaves, per courier policy
- Keep your order confirmation message/SMS handy in case of any question
Repeated Non-Collection
Customers with a history of repeatedly refusing or not collecting COD orders may be asked to prepay for future orders.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel a COD order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number.
